 POSITION:  Customer Service Associate – Stocker ( Davidsons _ Centennial and Highlands Ranch)

 

INTERVIEWING: September 5th – September 15th, 2017

START DATE: ASAP

SALARY: $11-12.50/hr

BENEFITS: Employer provides and pays 50% of health insurance cost for employee after 60 days  

                     Dental insurance available after 60 days

                     Employer matches up to 4% of 401k investment after one year or $5000 earned

           

 

 JOB SUMMARY

 

  • Customer service. Your main focus is the customer. Every customer should be asked if they need help and you will be locating specific products and making recommendations.
  • Stocking and stock rotation. keeping the shelves faced and filling the shelves are your most important duties . You will be using a hand truck to move cases where they need to go.
  • The computer. You will primarily be using the computer to look up and locate products, check inventory, check prices and print shelf tags. You are required to check your email at minimum twice a day as we communicate via the email and to answer customers’ questions as well. Basic computer skills are required.
  • Staff training. Stockers are required to participate in staff training where they try new products to be able to make recommendations for the customers. Stockers will be tasting different spirits, wine and beer products.

 QUALIFICATION

 

  • ·         High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • ·         Excellent customer service skills
  • ·         Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • .      Ability to lift cases ( 60lb)

HOURS: 40 hours (open availability)

 

SALARY: $11-12/hr

JOB SUMMARY

  •   ID-ing Customers. It's your responsibility to check IDs before each transaction. The legal age to buy alcohol is 21 and 18 for tobacco.
  • ·         Customer Service. Providing professional customer service is your main priority. By greeting the customers, answering their questions, charging them the right amount, offering carry-outs and ending each transaction by thanking the customers for shopping at the store.
  • ·         The computer. Basic knowledge is required. You will be using the computer to check out customers and you are also going to check the availability and prices of products.
  • ·         Stocking and Side work. You are responsible of stocking and cleaning your register and have it ready for the next cashier. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer Service skills
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
